OFFICIAL RULES OF THE ONLINE GAME
“SUPPORT THE SUPPORT”
I. GENERAL TERMS
The promotion is organised under the name “SUPPORT THE SUPPORT”. It is held within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and takes place exclusively on the official Facebook and LinkedIn pages of Anakatech:
Promotion period: June 16, 2025 – June 30, 2025 (inclusive).
The content of these rules is accessible to anyone interested during the promotion period, from its launch until the prizes are distributed.
II. ORGANIZER AND PARTICIPANTS
- Organizer:
The promotion is organized by ISGBG EOOD, UIC: 202358628, with registered address: Sofia 1301, Triaditsa District, 1 Alabin St., floor 20 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
- Participants:
2.1. Any individual over the age of 18 who resides or is temporarily staying in Bulgaria may participate.
2.2. Prizes will not be awarded to employees, partners, or contractors of the Organiser; individuals involved in the prize draw; or employees of associated companies or close relatives of the above.
2.3. “Close relatives” include: direct line relatives (no limitation on degree), collateral relatives up to the fourth degree, in-laws up to the third degree, and adoptive relations equivalent to direct or sibling lines.
2.4. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Official Rules. Changes take effect upon publication on the Organiser’s official pages.
2.5. By entering the game, participants agree to the Official Rules and accept the terms and conditions.
III. PROMOTION RULES
- Promotion duration: June 16, 2025 – June 30, 2025 (inclusive).
- Participation via fake profiles or attempts to unfairly increase the chance of winning are not allowed. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any suspicious participants.
- The promotion is conducted online within Bulgaria, and prizes are delivered only within Bulgarian territory.
IV. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
- Any eligible individual (as per Section II.2) may participate.
- Participants must have an active Facebook and/or LinkedIn profile.
- During the promotion, participants must comment with a response or suggestion under a specific promotional post designated by the Organiser.
- To officially participate, the comment must meet the Organiser’s stated requirements. Only those who comment on the designated post will be considered.
- If a participant submits multiple comments, only the first will count.
- Disqualified comments include those that:
- Contain political, religious, racist, or Nazi content or promote ethnic conflict.
- Violate copyrights or use uncredited material or links.
- Use offensive language or gestures.
- Promote illegal drugs or substances.
- Are pornographic.
- Depict any form of violence.
- Are repulsive or distasteful.
- Are not amateur/author content or are shared without photographer consent.
- Winners will be selected at random from a compiled list of eligible names by a jury.
V. PRIZE FUND
- Prizes:
- Three individual prizes will be awarded to three different winners.
- Each winner will receive 1 (one) Alexa Echo Dot 5 smart speaker.
- No purchase is required.
- Prizes are awarded in compliance with Bulgarian tax legislation.
- Each participant may win only one prize.
VI. PRIZE DRAWING COMMITTEE
- The Organizer appoints a committee of at least three members to monitor and document the prize drawing process.
- All actions are formally recorded.
VII. PRIZE DRAWING PROCEDURE
- Winners are selected randomly from a list of names gathered via participants’ Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
- The drawing is conducted using automated software in the presence of the committee.
VIII. ANNOUNCEMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES
- Winners will be announced via Facebook and LinkedIn posts.
- Delivery process:
- Winners must contact the Organiser via private message.
- If unreachable, the Organiser may contact the winner.
- If communication is not established within 7 working days, an alternate winner is selected.
- Prizes are delivered within 30 working days of collecting the delivery details.
- Additional rules:
- Undelivered prizes are considered delivered 5 days after notification.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- Ineligible winners (see Section II.2.2) will be excluded.
- Winners must sign for receipt and confirm legal age. Minors will be disqualified.
IX. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
- Complaints may be submitted up to 14 calendar days after the last prize is delivered.
- Complaints must be in writing and include full name, address, reason for the complaint, and signature.
- The Organiser will respond within 14 calendar days. Decisions are final and binding.
X. ORGANIZER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liability is limited to the value of the prize.
- The Organiser is not responsible for:
- Internet or technical issues;
- Postal delays or errors due to incorrect participant information;
- Changes in participant address or contact info resulting in failed delivery.
XI. MISCELLANEOUS
- Disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement. Failing that, they will be handled by the competent court in Sofia.
- By participating, entrants agree to the rules and to the processing of their personal data for promotional purposes.

II. What Personal Data Is Collected
Depending on the specific game:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Survey/test answers
- Social media usernames and profile photos
- User-submitted photos and comments
- Address (for prize delivery)
III. Legal Basis
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – Consent. Participation is voluntary and not tied to a product purchase. Providing data is necessary for participation.
IV. Purpose of Data Collection
- Participation in the game
- Prize delivery
- Compliance with legal obligations or legitimate interests
V. Data Sharing
Your data may be shared with:
- Organiser’s employees
- Third parties involved in organising the game
- Courier services for prize delivery
- Others only if legally required or to protect legitimate interests

Data is stored only as long as needed for the above purposes and then destroyed. Legal requirements may extend storage duration.

Access is limited to authorised personnel. Any third-party processors must ensure data confidentiality and security.
