With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a VIP Account Manager with Portuguese.


  • Daily gaming experience and deposit activity analysis of the assigned VIP players to identify potential risk of churn and act upon it through predefined processes.
  • Initiate regular proactive contacts via phone and other communication channels to work on keeping the VIP players active while aiming an increase of the player lifetime value and long-term retention.
  • Initiate regular reactivation phone campaigns of lapsed VIP players to work on increasing the active players’ pool.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with the VIP players through regular casual and promotional contacts while ensuring outstanding user experience and service satisfaction through providing first contact resolution on queries/issues.
  • Communication with the VIP players through phone; mail; SMS and chat.
  • Proposing players eligible for personal promotions to ensure customized experience of the key VIP players.
  • Suggest ad hoc e-mail/SMS/Offline campaigns on events related to the assigned market.


  • Fluent English speaker – both written and spoken.
  • Fluent Portuguese speaker- both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in Customer Services – a must.
  • Experience in Sales – an advantage.
  • Experience in iGaming- a must.
  • Flexible within the working hours – 9AM to 03:00AM (9 hours working day, incl. 1h break), Monday to Friday, according to the business needs. Currently, the working hours will be regular up to 7PM local time.
