We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering employee needs and our company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance;
  • Provide HR advice, engage with employees to ensure they have the resources and support they need;
  • Create and implement procedures and policies according to people career development;
  • Support the teams in their performance improvement;
  • Participation in the development of employee satisfaction surveys, training plans, career path development, performance improvement plans, retention policy, benefits, etc.;
  • Help to promote the organization’s culture – values and behaviors supporting the attainment of the company strategic goals and leading to employees’ engagement and retention;
  • Support the recruitment process–CV screening, communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, assessing candidates;
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, talent lifecycle related issues and increase productivity and retention;
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals;
  • Develop and implement performance management policies aligned with company strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in roles such: HR BP, Employee relations, or HR in IT companies;
  • Excellent people management skills;
  • Analytical and goal-oriented;
  • Demonstrable experience with implementation of individual career development plans;
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
