With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as a Country Manager.
What you would do
Customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, with a focus on revenue generation;
Budgets, business plans, marketing plan and economic follow-up for the targeted markets, together with any other reporting;
Manage, plan and execute all marketing & sales activities for the local markets to maximize ROI on marketing and media budgets. Evaluate and follow-up on said deals and partnerships, ongoing and after campaigns;
Define and communicate the local market strategy and the product for the local territories, whilst continuously conducting regular competitor analysis;
Monitoring current and future regulatory requirements for the market and adopting a strategy to cater for these needs accordingly;
Working across departments with other Country Managers to capture and optimize synergies with other markets;
Actively manage a full marketing and brand strategy, ensuring an optimal marketing mix to enhance player acquisitions to improve the ROI and further establish the brand in your designated territory;
Work across the full player/user journey, establishing effective continuous improvement initiatives to drive acquisition and conversion efficiency, player onboarding, retention, and yield;
Working alongside the Affiliate team to further extend market distribution via affiliate partnerships;
Take responsibility for the annual budget planning;
Be the representative of the company within the targeted markets, when it comes to dealing with major customers, partners and professional associations;
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns through the different acquisition channels;
Help to create and optimize profitable affiliate deals.
Fluent in verbal and written in English;
Additional fluency in any language- would be an advantage;
Strong sales and negotiation skills;
At least 2 years experience as a Country Manager or Brand Manager;
Experience working with an iGaming Operator;
Knowledge of iGaming Regulation including MGA;
Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies;
Knowledge of online marketing via different mediums including mobile technologies;
Knowledgeable about digital media and 360° Marketing.
